BOOKING POLICIES

New Client Deposit

Upon visiting SALT, new clients are required to provide a $70.00 deposit to secure their first appointment. For online bookings, a $70.00 deposit is required for each appointment. Deposits will be deducted from the final service cost.

Late Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will have their deposit transferred/refunded. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service(s).

No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will require payment of a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the booked service(s) before the next booking.

Punctuality

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a partial service or rescheduling of the appointment. Promptness is crucial to avoid disruptions to other appointments. Please notify us if you anticipate being late.
